Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at orders@kingsmokerings.com

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Custom orders and catering packages may have different cancellation policies. Please review your order confirmation for specific terms.
